Second Story Enclosed Porch

Credence Development built an amazing screen porch for us this past summer. From the start of the design, planning, and permitting phase, I was very comfortable working with them. Ed had a great deal of insight into what I was looking to build. It was clear right away that they have done this before, were quite familiar with the building codes and correct way to build a structure. During the construction phase, Ryan handled all of the day-to-day design alterations and clearly was thinking a few steps ahead while constructing, he had some innovative ideas on some needed redesigns. We will definitely call them again for future projects.

Addition to my home

Let's face it, trying to find a good contractor sometimes is not an easy task. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the bathroom/ walk-in closet addition to my home. The overall craftsmanship was excellent, even during the building out during the structural phase, taking additional steps in making sure there would be no issues down the road. Great communication, everything ran smoothly with no issues throughout the project, and always stayed ahead of the game! I would recommend Credence Development, and hope to work with them again later this year.

Credence Builders did a wonderful job with the new second story addition to our house and extended deck with two level staircase.

They guided us thru every step of the way from design, to selecting of materials and custom made windows, and providing alternatives so that we could stay within our budget. I had complete trust and confidence through out the project and would recommend anyone looking to build their dream idea to give them a call.

Description of work: Custom Log Addition

The entire staff at Credence was very helpful, professional and attentive. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and they brought it to fruition. They worked constantly with me on the plans. They researched the logs and materials then designed and built our custom addition with window layout, skylights and hardwood flooring. All trim was custom designed to match the existing home.

Description of work:

Complete Bathroom Remodel - Gut entire bathroom to framing, new sheetrock, install shower base, all plumbing and electrical work, new floor with radiant heat installed, wainscoting, and paint.

Credence Development was the only contractor that not only got back to me when I left a message, but actually showed up to give us an estimate. Many of the contractors (some on Angie's List and some not) never even called me back. Everyone was very professional and nice and extremely easy to deal with. Pat was very helpful in recommending the best place to look for tile, fixtures, etc. We were always updated on what was going on and when they would be arriving at the house to work. The job took a little longer than expected to complete, but we were very happy with the end result!!

Description of work:

Credence Development gutted our main bathroom and converted a shower stall to a tub with shower and tile surround. They removed and re-installed our cabinets and updated all fixtures including tile floor, sub-floor, electrical wiring and recessed lighting.

Everyone at Credence Development (particularly the Owners, Pat and Ed Mateo) was very patient, reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable. We are new home-owners and were not anticipating the expense of repairing a leaking shower stall so soon. They provided guidance to help us stay close to budget and answered all of our questions (we had a LOT of questions), providing recommendations from past experience (even recommendations outside of the job they were doing). They were very honest, raised concerns and corrected problems as the job went on. We are pleased with the quality of their work.
